Viva Italia!
This plant is in the topsy turvy. At first I didn’t think much of the whole upside-down system – put after this season’s atypical cool and wet weather, the topsy turvey tomato has come out on top!

Getting big!

The topsy turvy is finally up!

In the topsy turvey I planted “Viva Italia!” – a paste tomato. It started growing downwards, but now it’s going up!

Nasturtiums!

Orange Banana Tomato – it’s getting pretty big!

A little trellis I made for my bush bean.

A Progress Post

My first herb harvest - Sweet Basil, Purple Basil, and some Parsley.

My EarthBox with 2 yellow squash, 1 bush bean, and 1 tomato (Orange Banana).

Bush Bean

Yellow Squash that I started from seed - What's up with the edges of the right leaf? They're a little brown.

Tomato - Orange Banana

Another yellow squash that I started from seed

Purple sunflowers I started from seed, in eggshells! I plan on transplanting them tomorrow.

Pretty cool.

Cosmos (Knee High), my eggshell sunflowers, and then something I'm starting in an eggcarton in the back. I can't remember what's in it.. Poppy maybe.

Parsley and Chammomile. They're growing pretty tall so I've started cutting them back to encourage bushiness.

Marigolds.

I can't remember what these are - but yes, they are in toiletpaper rolls. They look a little spindly, probably because the dirt level isn't that high, so I may try to plant them deeper in.

An extra squash plant I thought I'd keep around as backup in case my EarthBox squashes didn't work out.

Black-eyed Susans taking their time to sprout, I guess because I direct-sowed instead of starting in baggies. I see tiny little green sprouts I think. The big one looks more like a weed,

Roman Candle tomato

Roman Candle leaves.. looking twisty. I don't know if this is normal or not.

Mint!

Yellow sunflowers... I may have to thin these out to only 1. :(

Wildflower Mix. I had to move this to next to the sunflowers because a bird was sitting in it!

Fox Cherry tomato

The big picture.
